Downward Dog Pose at Beyond Zen

Our instructor, Grace, is telling us how to do certain stretches to relieve areas that tend to get tense under stress such as the shoulders, neck and back. In this particular section, she has us imagining becoming one with the floor, to feel ourselves sinking in relaxed. The lights in the room are very dim and we all have our eyes closed just listening to the sound of her voice (refer to consent form 01).
